WUEC 89.7 FM PROGRAMMING FOR MARCH 16
EAU CLAIRE, Wis., March 11–– Blugold Radio airs this Sunday with a focus on more popular country and a capella music!
In the first hour, Chi Ab Vang will be focusing again on the Confluence Project and the debate over it.
During the second hour of Blugold Radio (Sundays 5-8 pm), Rachel Minske will talk to UW-Eau Claire student Jennifer Barth, who’s photographs titled “Picturing The Past: 1916-2016,” will be featured during Posters In The Rotunda.
Breana Lyga will be continuing to explore the community of Eau Claire and will be talking with local game shop The District Company. The business is an All-Ages Social Gaming Venue which features PC gaming, console gaming, retro gaming, and table top gaming. The District Company is also known for its fine selection of bottled sodas.
Hour three will include a focus by Kelsie McMahon on UWEC’s own all-male a capella group The Innocent Men. The Innocent Men are a seven member a capella group comprised of gentlemen from UWEC. They currently have almost 3,000 likes on Facebook.
Chelsea Emory will speak with UWEC student Marraine Johnson who studied abroad in Ireland due to the upcoming St. Patrick’s Day.
During every hour, Tyler Henderson will be giving the latest updates on local sports. And Leah Engebretson will again be playing a promotion of the music of artists from the record label Warner Music Nashville such as Blake Shelton, Hunter Hayes, and Gloriana.
Reporter Glen Olson will report on the current debate with City Council Presidents. Blugold Radio will also include a “Taste of the Workplace” segment by James Pfitzinger.
